In October 2013, Dimitrios Smyrnios was named chief executive officer of The Schwan Food Company and became a member of the company's board of directors.
Mr. Smyrnios began his career with the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo, where he spent eight years in progressive roles with sales and marketing. In 1993, he joined Nestle Waters North America in southern California and, during his tenure, has had progressive roles of responsibility and eventually was named executive vice president and general manager of the Nestle Waters Home & Office Division and the Retail Division. Most recently, Mr. Smyrnios served as president of Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Division.
Mr. Smyrnios has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Wyoming.

Mr. Dollive joined the company in June of 2009. He has 30 years of experience in the food industry. Prior to joining Schwan, he spent 30 years with Kraft Foods, Inc., where he worked his way from a finance manager/analyst role to executive vice president and chief financial officer. While with Kraft, Dollive also gained experience in sales, marketing, strategy and mergers and acquisitions through domestic and international assignment.
Mr. Dollive holds several academic degrees, including a master's of business administration from The Wharton School of Business, a master's degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Trevor Bynum joined The Schwan Food Company in January 2014 as president of Schwan's Food Service, Inc., which develops and sells foods to schools, universities, health-care facilities, convenience stores, chain restaurants and other venues.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bynum held leadership, general management and marketing roles with companies such as WhiteWave Foods and General Mills. Most recently, he held the position of vice president and general manager of WhiteWave Foods Channels, where he was responsible for business with food-service customers as well as club, drug and discount stores. Prior to beginning his business career, he served for eight years as an officer in the United States Army.
He earned a master's of business administration degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Stacey Fowler Meittunen is the Sr. Vice President of Product Innovation and New Venture Development for Schwan's Shared Services, LLC. She has responsibility for research and development, new product portfolio management, corporate innovation strategy, cross-business growth platforms and core food platform alignment.
Stacey has 20 years of experience in the food industry with an emphasis and passion for new products and portfolio value creation. She began her career with a subsidiary of The Schwan Food Company as a food technologist supporting frozen desserts. She has held positions in both research and development and marketing, advancing to vice president of innovation for Schwan's Europe, Ltd., where she managed R&D and quality assurance. Prior to returning to the company in October 2010, Stacey most recently served as the senior executive vice president and general manager at Bellisio Foods, where she had responsibility for food-service sales, marketing and operations, corporate research and development, and quality assurance.
Stacey earned her bachelor's degree in food science from North Dakota State University and a master's degree in business administration from The Carlson School of Management.

Kevin McAdams was promoted to president of Schwan's Consumer Brands, Inc., in September of 2014. Schwan's Consumer Brands markets and sells respected retail-grocery brands such as Red Baron®, Freschetta® and Tony's® pizza, Pagoda Express® Asian appetizers, and Edwards® and Mrs. Smith's® desserts.
Mr. McAdams has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry, with an extensive background in general management, strategic planning, sales and business development. He joined Schwan's Consumer Brands in early 2014 as vice president of direct-store delivery and sales execution. Earlier, he served as president and chief operating officer at Pabst Brewing Company. He has also held leadership and management roles with companies such as Red Bull North America, The Coca-Cola Company, Frito Lay North America and The Earthgrains Company.
He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

Scott joined The Schwan Food Company in December 2008 as executive vice president and chief human resources officer and leads the privately held food company's human resources, corporate communications and public relations functions. Prior to Schwan, he held human resources leadership roles with some of the leading consumer brands companies in the United States, including Quaker Oats and Select Comfort.
An active member of the Minnesota business and non-profit communities, Scott currently serves as co-chair of Minnesota's Itasca Workforce Alignment Initiative to address the skills gap in the state. Scott is also serving as the 2014 Minnesota State Chair for Worksite Wellness. Additionally, Scott serves on the board of directors for the Greater Twin Cities YMCA, Minnesota Wild Foundation and the USA Advisory Board for Enactus (formerly Students in Free Enterprise).
He earned his bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Marquette University of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.

In May 2014, Dave Muscato joined the company as president of Schwan's Home Service, Inc., which is the largest direct-to-home deliverer of frozen foods in the United States. Prior to joining Schwan's Home Service, Mr. Muscato served as executive vice president for Nestle Waters North America's U.S. Home & Office division, where he led strategic planning and execution, marketing, sales and operations. Mr. Muscato has more than three decades of experience in the route sales and delivery industry and brings a track record of leading successful direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business organizations.
Mr. Muscato earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, and a master's degree in business administration from the Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Brian SattlerExecutive Vice President of

Mr. Sattler was appointed to his current position in the summer of 2008 after serving for three years as senior vice president and general counsel of The Schwan Food Company. He first joined the company in 1997 as a corporate attorney and was promoted to assistant general counsel in 1999. He served in that capacity for four years and was named senior vice president and assistant general counsel in 2003. Earlier, Mr. Sattler worked in private practice with two Minneapolis law firms.
Brian received a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University and master's and bachelor's degrees from Drake University.
Doug OlsemPresident, Schwan's Global Supply Chain, Inc.

Mr. Olsem was appointed to his current position in 2005 after serving for nearly two years as executive vice president for operations. He first joined The Schwan Food Company in 1981 as a computer programmer/systems analyst after attending Alexandria Technical Institute in Minnesota. He was promoted to systems development and maintenance manager in 1988 and became director of information services in 1994. He became the company's chief information officer in 1998 and was promoted to executive vice president for technology in 1999.
Doug received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Capella University. He provides leadership and direction to the company's food manufacturing facilities across the United States and also directs the company's production, purchasing, transportation, logistics, engineering, environmental, health and safety activities.
