Allan Schuman

Chairman Emeritus Ecolab, Inc.

Allan L. Schuman was elected to the company's board of directors in 2001 and was appointed as the company's Chairman of the Board in January 2009. He is the former President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Ecolab, Inc., headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.

His career with Ecolab spanned from 1957 through 2004 when he retired as President and CEO. Mr. Schuman maintained the position of Chairman of the Board for an additional two years through May 2006, and he now holds the title of Chairman Emeritus. Ecolab's operations serve customers in North America, Asia, Latin America, Africa and the Pacific with premium cleaning, sanitation and maintenance products and services.

Mr. Schuman earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from New York University. He is also the recipient of two honorary Doctorates of Business Administration from Johnson & Wales and the Culinary Institute of America.

Mr. Schuman also serves on the board of directors of Tanger Outlet Centers, Inc.

He is a past board member of Henkel-Ecolab GmbH (a joint venture headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany), the Culinary Institute of America Corporation, the Ordway Music Theatre, the Hazelden Foundation, the Soap and Detergent Association, the Guthrie Theatre, Capital City Partnership, the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, the University of Minnesota's Medical School, and is a past member of the Board of Trustees of Hamline University.

Gregory Flack

Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer

In the summer of 2008, Greg Flack was named CEO, president and COO of The Schwan Food Company after serving a brief stint as the company's interim leader. He joined Schwan in 1987 as a national marketing manager for what was once known as Tony's Food Service. Since then, he has served as senior vice president and general manager of Schwan's Food Service, Inc., led the company's product and market strategy department and served as president of Schwan's Global Consumer Brands, Inc. In January 2009, he was also appointed to serve on the company's board of directors.

Mr. Flack has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is actively involved in many trade associations and industry groups, including his current service as a board member for the National Association of Manufacturers, Students in Free Enterprise and Minnesota Business Partnership.

Mr. Flack received the company's top employee honor, the Marvin M. Schwan Heritage of Quality Award, in 2000.

Jeannine Rivet, R.N., MPH

Executive Vice President, UnitedHealth Group

Ms. Jeannine Rivet joined the Board of Directors for the Company in 2001. As Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Rivet works with and on behalf of all business segments in areas focused on strategic and business relationship management, customer and public relations, military health and social responsibility. She serves as UnitedHealth Group's executive liaison to the pharmaceutical industry. Jeannine received a Masters in Public Health from Boston University. She also holds a B.S. in Nursing from Boston College and was a registered nurse for several years prior to entering the managed care industry. Ms. Rivet serves on the Executive Council of UnitedHealth Group and numerous industry leadership councils. She also serves on a number of other boards and committees.

Jeannine is actively involved as a mentor to women in business through the Minnesota Menttium program. For three consecutive years, 1998-2000, Jeannine was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the fifty most powerful women in American business and, in 1999, she was named by Minnesota's City Business as one of the most influential women in business. In 2009, she was honored with the Career Achievement Award from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal.

Barbara Fitzgerald

Former Senior Vice President of Store Operations, PetSmart

Ms. Fitzgerald was elected to the company's board of directors in 2007 and is a 1973 graduate of Marietta College in Marietta, OH with a bachelor of arts degree in business administration.

Ms. Fitzgerald began her retailing career as a management trainee for Sears, Roebuck & Co where she worked in a number of roles for 24 years. After leaving Sears, she went to work for Toys "R" Us, until she left that firm to become the President of Harmon AutoGlass. In 2000 she was recruited to join PetSmart as the Senior Vice President of Store Operations as the company began its turnaround. With responsibility for the strategic planning and tactical execution of all store operations activities she developed and implemented the cultural transformation away from tasks to a customer focus. She retired from PetSmart in 2007 after 34 years in the retail industry.

Ms. Fitzgerald is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Marietta College. She was named the 2007 - 2008 Executive in Residence for the McDonough Business and Leadership Program at Marietta College where she worked with two student teams on customer-related projects. She has previously served as a member and past president of the board of PetSmart Charities.

Lorrie Schwan-Okerlund

Former President, Designers Ltd.

Lorrie Schwan-Okerlund is the daughter of the company's founder, the late Marvin M. Schwan, and joined the company's Board of Directors in 2003. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a double major in restaurant and personnel management from American University in Washington, D.C., and has done graduate work in public relations.

Ms. Schwan-Okerlund lives in Sioux Falls, S.D., where she serves as director of the Beacon Broadcasting Company and Salt of the Earth Foundation. She also served on the board of directors for Children's Home Society and the Visual Arts Center, and is the former president of Designers Ltd.

Ms. Schwan-Okerlund also serves as a trustee of the Marvin M. Schwan Grandchildren's Trust and is a member of the Marvin M. Schwan Great, Great Grandchildren's Trust trustee succession committee.

John D. Bowlin

Executive Advisor, CCMP Capital

John Bowlin was elected to the company's Board of Directors in 2011and is currently an Executive Advisor to CCMP Capital, a global private equity firm specializing in buyout and growth equity investments in the U.S. and Europe in four targeted industries. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miller Brewing Company from 1999 until 2003, leading its sale to South African Breweries in 2002, forming one of the largest breweries in the world. From 1985 until 2002, Mr. Bowlin served with Philip Morris Companies, Inc. in increasingly senior roles, including President, International, Kraft, Inc. (1996-1999), President and Chief Operating Officer, Kraft Foods, Inc. (1994-1996), President and Chief Operating Officer, Miller Brewing Company (1993-1994), and President, Oscar Mayer Food Corporation (1991-1993).

Mr. Bowlin holds a BSBA degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Generac Power Systems (Waukesha, WI) and Quiznos (Denver, CO) and was a former Board member and non-executive Chairman of Spectrum Brands (Atlanta, GA, and Madison, WI) and Pliant Corporation (Chicago, IL), as well as a former Board member of Chupa Chups (Barcelona, Spain). Mr. Bowlin also serves on the not-for-profit Georgetown University Board of Regents in Washington, DC, and the Special Operations Fund in Arlington,VA.

Patrick Bowe

Corporate Vice President Platform Leader-Food Ingredients & System Platform Cargill Incorporated

Patrick (Pat) Bowe was elected to the company's Board of Directors in October 2009. He is a Platform Leader on Cargill's Food Ingredient and System Platform with other platform leader colleagues. He is also a Corporate Vice President for Cargill Incorporated and is on the Corporate Business Unit Strategy and Working Group and Cargill Risk Committee. Mr. Bowe oversees a $20+ billion in revenue global business with 28 businesses. He has strong strategic, operational, and people development skills and has experience in trading, sales, product management, and general management throughout his career.

One of Mr. Bowe's most notable accomplishments include having overseen all aspects of a corn processing business that has sales of $4 billion and 3,000 employees and includes ten product lines. He led the turn-around of the Cargill Corn Milling business with eight years of improvement in revenues and profits, while reducing overhead and optimizing assets.

Mr. Bowe currently serves on the Board of Fabcon Inc. He has also served in the past on Cargill's joint venture boards and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Corn Refiners Association. In addition, Mr. Bowe has served on various non-profit and community boards including United Way, YMCA, Big Brothers and Big Sisters.

Don Miller

Former Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer The Schwan Food Company

Don Miller began his employment with Schwan in 1962. He retired at the end of 2002, after 40 years of service. He served on the company's Executive Committee for over 30 years and on the Board of Directors for 26 years. He retired from the Board on December 31, 2002, and was re-elected to the company's Board of Directors in 2008. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Miller was highly involved in all acquisitions and divestitures. These included the acquisition of Tony's Pizza, Minh Food Corporation, and Robot Aided Manufacturing Center, Inc. (now called Schwan's Venture Group, Inc.) and the acquisition and divestiture of Lyon Financial Services, Inc.

Mr. Miller also serves on the Board for Bi-Phase Technologies, LLC, and Multi-band Corporation. Prior to his employment with Schwan, he worked in public accounting at the L.P. Hoffman accounting firm. Schwan was his major account.

Steven Sjoblad

CEO, Captira Analytical

Steve Sjoblad joined the company's Board of Directors in 2001 and is the CEO of Captira Analytical, a software, data and analytics firm serving the criminal justice vertical market based in Albany, NY. Additionally, Mr. Sjoblad is an Executive Vice President of Intersections, Inc. (INTX), Captira's parent company, and works with various consumer and business to business (B-to-B) product categories. He is also a Chairman of uBid.com (UBHI), an online auction-based retailer, and a founder and Board member of Fluxion, LLC, a marketing automation concern.

For four years, Mr. Sjoblad was the principal and owner of a corporate strategy and marketing consulting business. For three years, he also ran Global Consumer Services for Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE FIC), a creative analytics firm. Prior to that, Mr. Sjoblad was an original member and president of the global advertising firm Fallon Worldwide.
